Case Management with CLC Template and Actionstep

With Actionstep Case Management allows you to do the following 


A Single Client can have many Matters / Cases / Files and within each case, you can 

  • Have its own workflow per Case Type
  • Saving emails to the case directly from Gmail, Outlook or Office 365
  • Create from Templates, Edit and Save documents to the case 
  • Create and save additional data that is additional to any funding requirements
  • Create, Complete, Assign Tasks
  • Set Reminders or Alerts
  • Create File Notes
  • Share documents with external parties via the portal
  • Add as many parties to the case as you require ie Other Party, Barrister, Lawyer, Police Officer etc
