The conveyancing template includes a range of 'List Views' to help you find and manage your conveyancing matters and the parties involved.
Under the Matter Menu
There are two menu options here [State] Matters and [State] Settlements.
Both of which have been further filtered down into relevant categories to assit you with reporting purposes and further detailed below.

| All Conveyancing Matters | This matter view will show all conveyancing matters no matter of the current step or matter status |
| All Conditions | This matter will show all active conveyancing matters however the columns are shown will be focused on seeing all the conditions dates |
| Contract Review | This view will show all the active conveyancing matters currently sitting on the Contract Review step |
| Conditional/Pre-settlement Stage | This view will show all the active conveyancing matters currently sitting on the Conditional/Pre-Settlement Stage step. This view can then be filtered down further to only show Sale matters or only Purchase matters. |
| Unconditional/Awaiting Settlement | This view will show all the active conveyancing matters currently sitting on the Unconditional/Awaiting Settlement Step. This view can then be filtered down further to only show Sale matter or only Purchase matters. |
| Settlement Stage | This view will show all the active conveyancing matters currently sitting on the Settlement stage Step. This view can then be filtered down further to only show Sale matter or only Purchase matters. **Note for further detailed lists around settlements we suggest the views within the Settlement Group below. |
| Post Settlement/Finalising Matter | This view will show all the active conveyancing matters which have settled recently and is going through the final administration stages awaiting file closure. |
| Terminated Contracts | This view will show all conveyancing matters whereby the contracts were terminated and the settlement did not proceed. |

| Todays Settlements | This view will show all active conveyancing matters whereby the settlement date is today. |
| This Weeks Settlements | This view will show all active conveyancing matters whereby the settlement date is sometime within this calendar week. |
| This Months Settlements | This view will show all active conveyancing matters whereby the settlement date is sometime within this calendar month. |
| All Upcoming Settlements | This view will show all the active conveyancing matters with an upcoming settlement date INCLUDING settlements due today. |
| All Future Settlements | This view will show all the active conveyancing matters with an upcoming settlement date EXCLUDING those settlements that are due today. |
| All Past Settlements | This view will show all conveyancing matters which have previously settled despite whether still being active or closed. |
