Konekta currently has 2 calculators available via the Konekta Plugin:
- Settlement/Adjustment Statement
- Stamp Duty Calculator
These calculators must be used in conjunction with the Konekta Conveyancing Templates as the data captured within your conveyancing matters will not only automatically pre-fill into the end product of your statement, it will also be used to calculate the adjustments.

New South Wales, Victoria and ACT currently do not have a built stamp duty calculator and the link via Konekta Plug-in home page will simply take you to the relevant Government Websites to use their online calculators.
Queensland, however, has an inbuilt calculator for your assistance. Please follow this link for further guidance
