The main cause of seeing duplicate GlobalX disbursements is when your database has BOTH the standard Actionstep Integration with GlobalX and the Konketa Integration with the enhanced features.
We therefore recomending disabling the Actionstep Integration (manage and switch to off) and just running the Konekta Integration.
