The main cause of seeing duplicate disbursements is when your database has BOTH the standard Actionstep Integration with GlobalX/Dye & Durham and the Konketa Integration with the enhanced features.
We therefore recommending disabling the Actionstep Integration (manage and switch to off) and just running the Konekta Integration.
