Termination of the CLASS Sync Service

How do I terminate the CLASS Sync product?

You can send an email to support@konekta.com.au requesting termination at any time. 

Konekta will process your termination within 30 days of request and cease all selection of your data from Actionstep. 

There will be no cancellation fees for termination

There will be no penalties for termination

There will be no refunds of monies paid in advance for the CLASS Sync service on Termination. Noting that the cost of the CLASS sync is paid annually in advance.
