The Australian Family and Federal Circuit Courts merged in September 2021. If you have installed our Family Law Add-On, and need the updated documents in accordance with this merger, please follow these instructions:
1. Install the new list of Family & Federal Circuit Court Documents from this link:
Family & Federal Circuit Court Documents Install
2. Disable the outdated court form matter types in your Actionstep system. Do this by going to:
Admin > Matter Types > Family Court Forms > Matter Type Settings > Toggle the 'Enabled' setting to 'Disabled' > Save
Repeat the above process for the 'Federal Circuit Court Forms' matter type.
