Q Will the Conveynacer need to arrange inspection times?
No. Once the Request for a quote has been submitted to RBI, they will then contact your client direct to make all necessary arrangements etc
Q Will our firm be charged a disbursement cost?
No, your conveyancing firm is simply sending through a lead to RBI to then deal directly with your client. However, if your client accepts and purchases an inspection, your firm will receive a $25 commission for each successful request.
