As part of our ongoing support to our Konekta Premium customers we continuously look at continued enhancements to our Premium version of the Settlement Calculator.
Below are our latest Feature Enhancements recently released:
New Statement Types
Two new Statement Types have been added to assist when acting for the Seller or Purchaser to allow for clarity to your Clients. Contract Price and Deposit entries will swtich between debit/payable by purchaser and credit/payable by Seller columns based on the Statement type selected.
**NOTE Settlement Statement- Seller is a further addition to the previous release of the ability to remove the deposit from the Statement.
Additional Adjustment Calculations - Debits and Credits
Based on the 2 x New Statements above, you now have the ability to prepare seller or buyer specific adjustment calculations posting as a credit or a debit.
The Paid and Unpaid calculations performed in the background are the same as previous, however, you now just have the ability to post paid as a credit or a debit depending on the Statement Type being prepared.

Additional pre-installed Adjustment Option of Shire Rates for our WA Customers.
Water/Sewerage Rates - Automatic daily average calculation
When needing to adjust on a daily average but have only been provided the yearly amount in your search results, the input window will now automatically calculate the daily amount for you without the need of having to do this manually first.
If you select daily average as the calculation method and then if you enter the Amount in (A) it will automatically calculate (B) for you without you having to manually do it.
