Konekta Conveyancing - Subscription Costs & Cancellation Terms

Cost - $49 per month (inc GST and transaction fees)

  • Payment will be taken by direct debit via our payment gateway which is currently Stripe. 
  • Payment is taken automatically in advance and will normally commence within 7 working days after the installation of the of the conveyancing application.

Included in your subscription

  • Full support via the Konekta online support and knowledge base system
  • Your add on will be continually updated by Konekta.  This means the add on will receive the following:
    • future changes to precedents such as new jurisdictional templates.
    • The add-on will also receive new enhancements to the application from time to time.  We therefore recommend that you follow the following announcements page to receive any notifications

Cancelling you subscription to Conveyancing Add on for Actionstep.

Q: How do I change my payment method in Stripe? 

A: Please send an email to support@konekta.com.au and our team will advise steps to change you payment methods.

Q: Can I cancel my subscription to the Conveyancing Add?

A: Yes, this can be done by emailing support@konekta.com.au requesting cancellation. Please note that there will be a one off cancellation charge of $147 inc GST and transaction fees

Q: When I cancel my subscription to the conveyancing app, will we loose any data?

A: No matter data will be lost or deleted. A team member will need to connect to your database to process the cancellation. All matters will still be accessible after the cancellation however all forms and precedents provided as part of the add on will be removed and you will no longer be able to receive updates which includes forms, precedents, changes to integrations such as Infotrack Ordering, PEXA integration, Settlement Calculator etc.  Nor will you be able to access any support services regarding the conveyancing add on.

Q: Can I stop using the conveyancing app?

A: Yes, you can stop using the app at any time, please contact your Actionstep consultant on how to disable the workflow within your system if you no longer want to use it. However you will need to request cancellation of your monthly subscription to Konekta by emailing support@konekta.com.au.
