Konekta Support

We need to re-link your Actionstep and Konekta


Very rarely you may come across this screen when you click on the Konekta Plugin.  You will, however, see this if your token with Acitonstep has expired and needs to be regenerated.


If so, simply click on the Re-link Konketa button,log into your Actionstep account and re-connect your database.


**NOTE


When it is your first time linking or you need to re-link Actionstep to Konekta you CANNOT use the Microsoft Single Sign on.  You first must log into Actionstep using your Actoinstep username and password that you would of set up when you received the invite.  


If you have forgotten your password  there is a forgot password option on this screen.

You then need to:

  • Log into Actionstep using your Actionstep credentials (as screenshot above)
  • Go to the 3 dots>konekta and relink (like you were trying to do)
  • Once you have made the connection, the next time you log into Actionstep you can use the Microsoft Single sign-on
