Cannot login to GlobalX to place an order

You can login successfully to the GlobalX portal, however when you click on a GlobalX link from the Konekta plugin, you can't get past the "Login" page. Specifically, when you enter your password and click the Login button, the login page simply re-loads and you can't get through to the GlobalX order page.


Your browser cookie settings may be blocking the GlobalX page from logging you in.

For example, if you have your web browser (such as Chrome) set to Block third-party cookies:


In Chrome, navigate to Settings > Privacy and security > Cookies and other site data:

Scroll to the bottom of the page and add [*.]globalx.com.au to the list of Sites that can always use cookies

Important: Make sure you do not check the box labelled "All cookies, on this site only"

Once completed, you should see [*.]globalx.com.au as follows:
