To record the movement and/or removal of a Safe Custody Document/Item that has ALREADY been stored within a deed packet, this is done by from within the Item Movement History collection in the Deed Packet Safe Custody Matter.
The Item Movement History is a multi-row data collection where you have the ability to record the movement and removal of multiple documents/items that are contained within a deed packet but allows for them to be recorded as individual movements with individual document/item specific details (ie Will was given to probate, certificate of title to conveyancer).
- Firstly, click on the Item Movement History data collection within the Deed Packet matter
- Click on +New Record
- Complete the details of the removal as required and hit save.
***NOTE - There is also an inbuilt email template and correspondence to notify the client of the movement.
