When linking a PEXA workspace (which already exists) to Actionstep, ensure that both the Workspace ID and the role of your Subscriber is correctly matching what is stored on PEXA.
If you add a PEXA Workspace ID with an extra space at the end of the string, the integration will not be able to link Actionstep with the PEXA Workspace.
