Once you have created an eCAF and the data is passed over to livesign, an automatic notification will then go out to your client(s) for them to commence the process of signing the Client Authorisation form and performing the VOI securely online.
Below is an example of the email notification your client will receive. All they need to do is click on the Start button to commence the process.
They are then re-directed into the livesign secure portal where they simply follow the prompts to generate the Client Authorisation Form, sign the Form and to verify their identity by uploading the proof of identity documents. This is all done without the need for them to leave their home!
Their progress will be updated under the eCAF Transaction Status Link within your Actionstep matter so you can follow the progress.
