They will be provided with a direct link to install the app once they have completed the first part of the process
Can they then immediately uninstall/delete the app off their smart device?
Yes, they can delete/uninstall the app off their smart device, however, we suggest advising that they hold off until after the settlement has been completed to ensure everything runs smoothly and incase you need to access the forms again for any reason.
