There are a number of Statement types available for generation within the Premium Advanced Calculator platform.
Whilst all perform the same functionality, depending on which type you select will determine the heading produced on the final PDF together with the format/layout options. Column headings and references to Vendor/Seller and Purchaser/Buyer will also change depending on the State that the Property Address is located.
Adjustment, Vendor & Purchaser Statements - will put the Adjustment entries first and then a Settlement Figures Summary after all the adjustment entries
Settlement Statements - will put the Contract Price and Deposits Adjustment entries first and then a Settlement Figures Summary after all the adjustment entries
