As part of the Premium platform, the Discharge Fee and Release Fees have been pre-configured into the calculator and will be updated by Konekta each financial year accordingly.
To add the Discharge Fee simply click on the + Add an Adjustment button and select Discharge Fee or Release Fee from the list.
It will then automatically pre-populate with 1 x Mortgage and the Fee for the relevant State that your Property Address has been entered.
If you have multiple mortgages, please just change the 1 to the relevant no. and the calculation will then perform in the backend when you click ok.
Based on the above entry, it will then be applied as a credit/payable by Vendor into your Statement as follows:
