On first load of your Settlement Calculator for your matter, an automatic Vendor/Seller's Funds Distribution item will load into the Statement for the Australian Taxation Office of 15%. This was a requested feature by users to ensure that in the case of the Certificate not received prior to settlement, the payment would not be missed.
If the Certificate has been received prior to settlement then you just need to delete that entry. It will not appear again within your statement for that matter.
