Premium Advanced Calculator - PEXA Fees, Conveyancing Fees etc

Where you enter the PEXA Fees, your Conveyancing Fees etc will depend on whether you are acting for the Buyer or Seller.


When acting for the Seller you will enter the cheque directions/Vendor line items under the Vendor Funds Distribution Section.


Example on how to complete for a seller:



This section will also include any payout figure to the outgoing mortgagee and any outstanding rates and taxes that need to be paid.  Basically, this section shows how the settlement funds are to be distributed at settlement.


The unallocated green text on the screen is basically just an on screen reconciliation for the Conveyancer to ensure that they have allocated all the settlement proceeds correctly and not over allocated etc




When acting for the Buyer (like the above) you want to show the buyer what additional funds are required in order to complete settlement so you would then add those additional fees into the Purchaser's Additional Requirements section
