A final additional Statement Type is available within the Premium Advanced Calculator only being a Statement of Account.
This Statement Type is perfect for generating for your Clients once you have prepared your Settlement Statement or post settlement to give them an overview of the funds required for Settlement to be completed or how the settlement proceeds were distributed.
To generate the Statement of Account simply select the button at the bottom of the screen
This will then produce a new PDF
**NOTE the wording of the final line of the Statement will change depending on whether you are acting for the Seller (Funds due to you at Settlement) or Buyer (Funds required by you to complete Settlement)
