At present the only way to access the EOM/Reconciliation tool is from within an Actionstep matter via the 3 dots to launch the Konekta launch pad.
The link to the EOM/Reconciliation tool is then found under the Konekta Tile.
In order for your bookkeeper to access this, they will need to have an Actionstep login and matter level access.
