Important: the template format must be identical to the below table format otherwise the SMS Gateway will reject your email. Please use the HTML SORUCE CODE to copy to ensure the best accuracy.

The email template text is in the grey area below. You will need to copy and paste this into a new email template in Actionstep.

To create this Email Template into your Actionstep System please do the following
- Copy the code below
- Go to Actionstep > Admin > Email > Email Templates
- Create a new Email Template and give it a name and link to a matter type
- Within the Message Body, Editor toolbar Click on TOOLS> SOURCE CODE then paste the source code into the box and click ok.
- Save your email Template and test from a matter
