In order for your CLASS sync to be successful and not produce any errors, you must include Counting Rules for ALL matter types within your database whether they are relevant or not to be included in the CLASS sync.


Therefore, if you do have have a particular matter type that is NOT supposed to sync, it still must be included in the counting rules table, however, this is then marked as NOT RELEVANT.


The end result of your Counting rules table should therefore be:


Where matter type is required to be included in CLASS sync - Matter marked as CLASS Relevant

Where matter type is NOT required to be included in CLASS sync - Matter marked as Not Relevant
