There is an Actionstep issue that relates to webform created matters where auto-numbering fields are ignored by Actionstep and simply left blank.
For those Centres that have now moved to a to a single row data collection and the service fields are then exposed on step change. This will cause the Service ID field to be blank and therefore NOT counted as a service and sent across in the sync.
If you are now using this approach, moving forward you just need to inform your staff to enter '#1' into the Service ID field on the step change that was previously set for auto-numbering.
Unfortunately, all existing services will need to be rectified manually.
To fix the matters previously opened, you will need to;
- create a list view of all matters and expose the Service ID field;
- apply a filter to identify those matters with null/blank ID
- go into each of those matters and replace the nulls with #1
Once this is been done, the services should start to sync across and increase your service numbers.
